高雄鹽埕 冬粉王 Kaohsiung-Dong Feng Wang

冬粉王(pronounced like: Dong Feng Wa) in Kaohsiung is a very old noodles shop in Kaohsiung. It's once changed it's location but still in Yancheng Dist. 'till now. It's popular of its' thinner noodles which comes with the several parts o pigs.

My mom who's grown up in Yancheng Dist. tells me that she always visited this restaurant at noon while she was working near by. Her favorite is dried noodles! (Left one in he photo)

If you are thirsty, there's even two drink machines in the restaurant.

You can also order the mixed up pig dish alone and try these dips.

In Taiwan, we usually put vinegar in our noodle for more flavor.

If you're a Spicy liker, your welcome to try some this 辣豆瓣醬（spicy sauce）.

Or you can just dip some soy bean sauce for a little salty taste.
