This place in ChiaYi is famous of growing plums. The plum chicken is their best seller and the locally must-eat.
You can see the chicken here is all black. It's called 烏骨雞(black bones chicken or Silky fowl) . It's a kind of chicken which is use as rare Chinese medicine as well. This dish is sour and juicy, the chicken is all soft and will melt in your mouth.
You can find out from the first photo that the Silky fowl's meet is also a little black. However, don't be frightened by this. Give it a try!
