This place in ChiaYi is famous of growing plums. The plum chicken is their best seller and the locally must-eat.
You can see the chicken here is all black. It's called 烏骨雞(black bones chicken or Silky fowl) . It's a kind of chicken which is use as rare Chinese medicine as well. This dish is sour and juicy, the chicken is all soft and will melt in your mouth.
